      Perfect for upper elementary learners, this ongoing class uses fun prompts, a cross-curricular approach, and high-interest themes. Although the class is ongoing, each week is independent of the others. No previous writing experience is required, but those who participate for multiple weeks will continue building their skills and learning about different writing types.

      I have been homeschooling my daughter and teaching online since 2020. As a teacher, I am fun, enthusiastic, and energetic. My style will engage even the shyest learners.

      I received my B.A. in Communication with a minor in business from the University of Missouri. I spent 17 years in writing, public relations, marketing, and communications -- the last 10 of which were running my own agency.
